Ian's way of working focuses on restoring the balance that we all lose from time to time living in our increasingly stressful lives. He won't treat a symptom without looking for a cause. And no matter what treatment is required, his counselling skills make him a good listener. So if your spirits sometimes need lifting as much as your aches and pains need relaxing, you will be in good hands.

Ian found acupuncture following a serious car accident. When told that the back injuries would effect his ability to work, he started to investigate alternative and contemporary therapies. Looking at a number of common treatments Ian believed that the common thread on how they worked stemmed in the teachings of acupuncture, the journey had started.

Following a three-year degree course, Ian is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (B.Ac .C). The council maintains standards of education, ethics and practice to ensure health and safety of the public. All members are bound to a code of ethics and are committed to providing the highest standards of care.

Also since Ian carry's out charity work using acupuncture with terminally ill patients in Birmingham. This has required the undertaking of strict police and social services enquire to ensure patients safe guards. This hopefully gives all Ian's patients the security of knowing that their best interests are in the safest of hands.
